By accessing or using any services provided by Geoid Information Technologies (Pvt) Ltd ("Geoid", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). All content, software, trademarks, logos, and technology associated with Geoid's services are the exclusive property of Geoid Information Technologies (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our prior written consent.
Payments must be settled within 30 days from the invoice date. Failure to pay within this period may result in service suspension.
All quoted prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Applicable VAT will be added to invoices in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
All quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated in writing.
No advance payment is required for GPS devices. Devices are provided as part of the service agreement.
Installation of GPS devices and fleet management hardware can be carried out immediately upon agreement — no buffer time or waiting period is required. Our certified technicians are ready to deploy at your convenience.
All hardware supplied by Geoid is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of installation. This covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions.
Any damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence will be fully charged to the customer. This includes physical tampering, deliberate destruction, or misuse of hardware beyond its intended purpose. The warranty does not cover such damage.
Geoid is committed to providing reliable and responsive technical support to all customers.
Available 18 hours a day, 6 days a week (18/6) via our online support channels, including live chat and ticketing system.
Phone support is available during standard working hours. Our technical team is ready to assist with any hardware or software issues.
Geoid guarantees the strict confidentiality of all customer location data. Vehicle location and telematics data collected through our platform is used exclusively for fleet management purposes as agreed upon in your service contract. We do not sell, share, or disclose location data to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, business data, technical specifications, pricing, and customer information.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of these Terms for a period of 5 years, except for information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geoid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Geoid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Geoid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you:
Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. We will provide your data in an exportable format for 30 days following termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
